• Performs detailed loan audits on commercial mortgage products including but not limited to loan documents, required data fields and internal due diligence documents.
• Reports and communicates deficiencies to the appropriate parties for document corrections.
• Communicates with and supports business departments including Treasury, Asset Management, Servicing, and Operations.
• Addresses issues on daily exception reporting for clearance of outstanding exceptions.

• Review files for missing documentation in Credit and closing package; executed signatures; adherence to HUD tolerances
