As well as, developed Target+ Item Operations global team capabilities with seven new training presentations, 11 best methods and 15 additional tools and resources to complete item setups and data quality work, leading to 44% decreased LOS from 2.64 days to 1.48 days.

Project Management

• Overseeing Brand ISU activities (creation, data quality and status) ensuring alignment with assortments timing, presentation and launch decisions across four different departments.
• Established communication routine for action and awareness across CFT.
• Managed Girls during brand launch of Cat & Jack and Bake to School.
• Ensured 100% launch readiness of 2000 items that enabled all items to be viewable/sellable online at 2:00am and contributed to divisions triple digit comps during its first week of sales.
• For an extended period of time, assumed the role of Item Data Operations Analyst for merges and conversions (move or combine inventory for department, class).
• Critically accessed all requests to ensure business criteria was met and held merchants accountable to Timing and Action plan for 50 merge requests and 1500 items conversion.

Core IDS Tasks

• Leading and driving adoption to LaunchPad for SWAT by coaching, discussing and presenting the benefits and new features.
• Piloted a new process for standard assorted items (Dynamic Assorted) in Toys. Troubleshot and discovered solutions with the Product team on issues I encountered. And worked with vendors to ensure all required data information was available and correct for a seamless setup. This pilot helped toys see a $2.4 million increase in sales during Q4.
• Identified the need for and created Job Journal and Handoff Document to ensure seamless transition between current and new or SWAT IDS.
• Item Process has adopted this to be Best Practice for Global IDS teams.
• Managed and prioritized multiple desk deployments across categories with an existing 60% launch readiness success rate.
• Eliminated each category’s backlog through improved process resulting in increased item launch readiness to 85% over three weeks’ time.

• Assisted buyer with developing and executing product assortment for monthly shows by sampling and comp-shopping.
• Analyzed weekly show sales reports, and communicated key findings to leadership in weekly review meetings. This included product recap of our best and worst selling items ranked by dollar productivity.
• Executed item style creation, management and communication of product detail across multiple divisions in the company.
• Grew vendor base on averaged by five new vendors per month to meet and exceed new vendor goal.
• Managed inventory purchase order process through PO creation, maintenance, PO tracking and RTV request and sample management.
