• Skilled at providing pharmacist consultant services with respect to an ambulatory surgical center

• Incorporates Medication Therapy Management into workflow. Examples include 30 to 90 day conversions, Proactive Adherence Counseling within Mirixa and Outcomes, CMR's, VAC Trac services and reviewing NCIR to address gaps in vaccine history
• Compounds medications using established MFR, develops new MFRs and CRs, and counsels patients regarding proper use and storage of all compounds
• Performs Point-of-Care testing
• Assists pharmacy manager with inventory management, such as monitoring expiration dates, store to store medication transfers, maintaining proper order points, ordering, and medturn returns
• Assists with maintenance of all records and proper filing of all documents while following all federal and state laws
