Analyzer Mechanic
06.2013 - Current
In my current position I am responsible for the process analyzers at 55, 52, 25, and material handling. I have worked in multiple other areas including 74, 14, 36, 27, 54 and 56. My responsibilities include maintaining ProCal, quarterly calibrations, daily calibrations, interlock verifications, maintaining sample systems, and some electrical work. I also rotate on shift as needed as the analyzer CSM. I am familiar with almost all of the different models of analyzers in the plant. I have a knowledge of EPA rules for most of the equipment in the plant as well. I have worked with factory reps to repair equipment in the plant and have also done the purchase orders to get them in the plant.
Back up Planner/ Scheduler

I worked as a backup planner/ scheduler for the E & I group. During that time I learned how to use SAP, Power BI, Asset View, ProCal , and Vizia. I had weekly meetings with all the area WEC’s to determine which jobs needed to be planned for the following weeks. The job also included keeping up with the backlogs, ordering parts, walking down jobs, communicating with CSM’s , supervision, and operations to determine each jobs importance and when it needed to be completed by. Scheduling jobs after verifying all parts were on hand. Also verifying any scaffolding or cranes where ready and available for the job to be completed.
