Here at Mexichem Fluor, I have a number of responsibilities. I am the import CSR for both the US base and Canada base.

I have several customer accounts that I manage.

I receive the customer PO's

Enter orders accurately into Hana S4 SAP

Send customer acknowledgements

Create International Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Create and file all EPA regulation documents to our US Broker, BDP or the Canadian Broker, Livingston.

Keep track of all ocean freight, rail freight and road freight deliveries

Make sure products are delivered to my customers in a timely manner while also communicating every step to the customer.

Once delivered, I finish processing the order then invoice.

I also handle all vendor invoice to the plant by entering them into our S4 TM (Transportation Modular) so that accounting knows to pay it

I am IATA and 49CFR certified so that I can handle all hazardous material imports into the US and Canada as well as being the only CSR at our US base to import and export medical grade products.

I am also responsible for building and scheduling railcars to deliver throughout the US so I am knowledgeable of the CN website and KLS.
