Atomic Cowboy is the umbrella company for Denver Biscuit Co., and Fat Sully's Pizza. Consistently a high volume restaurant, I did a mixture of serving and bartending during fast paced breakfast shifts and booming dinner shifts at a prime downtown location.

• I demonstrated strong multitasking skills by efficiently managing large sections without compromising service quality, whether I was on the floor or behind the bar.
• I successfully carried 26-inch pizzas up multiple flights of stairs and doors without ever dropping one.

The Burrowing Owl is a steady neighborhood vegan dive-bar and restaurant. Working here for 5 years allowed me to foster valuable connections with regulars in my community.
