My main skills come from working in a call center. The pay was still low after years of working at Ironwood Insights witch use to be Discovery research group. I finally left and have been working at Chobani through a staffing agency. I am a single mother of 4 children from 7 years to 14 and really want to pursue my customer service skills in a different company setting with better pay. I love the experience I have gained working in a factory. The knowledge I got from working in the parts room as well as packaging. The hours to be hired on with Chobani are 12 hour shifts. I need to make something work for me with my kids with better hours. I have been getting up for 8 moths at 4am and getting my kids ready for school and making it to work at 5:30 am to be in our meetings by 6am. My older 2 children get my younger 2 children to the bus. I want to be able to get my babies to the bus. I enjoyed the 11 years and 4 moths of customer service and survey research and data entry I did. I miss it dearly. I would like to try and expand these qualities.
