PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform daily encounters with dermatology HCPs in order to serve as a resource to them for pertinent information surrounding disease state information. To foster meaningful conversations related to particular dermatological conditions- currently being CSU (chronic spontaneous urticaria) but previously HS (hidradenitis suppurativa) and PSO/PSA (psoriatic disease). To provide useful and transformative resources to HCPs and other healthcare stakeholders with goals of shortening time to diagnosis and appropriate treatment for patients.
• To collaborate routinely with my matrix partners on how to best meet the needs of our shared accounts.
• To provide insights and gain skills by serving on various internal work streams and projects.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (18 months- 11/21 to 5/23)

OVERVIEW: Assisted the product training manager with the onboarding of new hires, training on competitive landscape, and generating of future trainings/projects.

PERTINENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Aided in the development of the HS pathophysiology deck and virtually delivered it to my national team to prepare them for this new disease state and therapeutic area launch.
• Led the development of competitive training content by partnering with the training team and a 3rd party agency to edit the HS assessment tools/HS domains in clinical trials.
• Co-led the design of our team's HS "Under her skin" workshop for the CE (customer engagement) meeting in Chicago, March 2023.

• Precepted students (medical, physician assistant, nursing, etc.)
• Participated as an investigator in clinical trials of new therapies (2004-2006)

• Utilized in both hospital and office settings with solo practitioner
• Hospital responsibilities: newborn exams, admission summaries, H&Ps, discharge summaries, and inpatient management
