
Responsible Shift Lead with 2 years of hands-on experience supervising employees and overseeing day-to-day operations. Polished in handling customer complaints, great communication and teaching skills. Maintained a calm, mature and professional demeanor and proactive approach to problem-solving and staff management. With 2 years of experience a focused perspective on executing a high-functioning and fun work environment was of utmost importance. As well as, creating relationships with co-workers and customers to create a healthy environment. Lastly, handling money was also a part of this position; this included counting the safe and closing and opening drawers. When needed putting money back into the drawers and taking it out was also done.
In both positions, putting away orders was done weekly with efficiency while other work had to be done. And training new employees to cooperate standards and to be productive during their shifts.
