After serving one year as Student Assistant for Player Operations from May 2015 - May 2016, earned master's degree in Sport Administration/ Management while serving as graduate assistant.
Duties included:
Played an integral role in building one of the nation's premier NJCAA softball programs, contributing to sustained championship success and historic achievements. Helped lead the Lady Wolves to four NJCAA Region 23 Tournament appearances, including hosting the tournament in 2022 and 2024. Contributed to winning the 2022 MACCC Tournament Championship, the program's first-ever MACCC Regular Season Championship in 2024, the 2023 NJCAA Region 23 Championship, and the first national championship in school history in 2023. Helped guide the program to its first-ever No. 1 national ranking in 2022. In 2025, assisted the Lady Wolves in making MACCC history by becoming the first team to finish 27–1 in conference play, capturing back-to-back regular season conference championships, and winning the program's second national championship in three seasons. Member of the coaching staff recognized as the 2025 ATEC/NFCA National Coaching Staff of the Year and South Region Coaching Staff of the Year following a 48–6 season.
