Assist physician with wound care procedures, perform wound cleaning and dressing changes, educate patients on infection prevention and wound care, preparation of sterile equipment for procedures, obtain vital signs, and scheduling.

Served as an intermediary between doctor and patient, addressing patient concerns regarding care or treatment to ensure a positive experience. Perform comprehensive annual physical exams including EKG, ABI, hearing test, pulmonary function tests, and cognitive assessment. Administer B12 and testosterone injections.

Started as entry-level Phlebotomist, performing point of care testing including but not limited to urinalysis, A1C, strep, and COVID-19 swabs. Through consistent high performance, promoted to office manager. Managerial responsibilities included opening/closing the clinic, maintaining inventory, scheduling and training staff, and coordinating delivery of exceptional patient care. Managed Immtrac data entry for immunizations administered.
