Accomplishments
Myself, alongside a colleague, were the first technicians to go through a unique learning experience and growth opportunity known as AM Pillar. This experience was designed for the technicians to work closely with upper management, fixers, electricians, and an outside group that would work into the root cause of downtime. The course developed the technician to identify top stops and work with applicable technicians to resolve and eliminate to ensure maximum runtime and highest output.
I was also employed by Kellogg's Snacks in Rome, Ga where I began my professional career as a technician. I quickly learned how to operate all equipment and was promoted to break operator. I love learning new things and working with people to achieve goals.
