• Administers Institutional Loans while complying with established policies and performed reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, billing, and collections

• Generated and disseminated monthly Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) reports regarding eligible and paid students
• Responded personally and accurately to all TELS inquiries via phone or e-mail from students, parents, and financial aid administrators in a timely manner
• Administered the application, certification and payment processes concerning the STEP UP Scholarship

• Assisted program coordinators with scholarship applications for Minority Teaching Fellows (MTFP), Tennessee Teaching Scholars (TTSP), and Tennessee Graduate Nursing Loan Forgiveness Program (GNLFP) and collect required documentation and correspondence
• Reconciled e*GRandS reports to eliminate duplicate accounts by correcting erroneous information

• Analyzed and interpreted admission status, confirmation of registration and students’ accounts using SCT Banner
• Managed phone inquiries made by current/prospective students, parents, alumni and the public by utilizing online information resources
