Address & facilitate maintenance concerns.
Perform monthly, periodic & annual unit inspections & report/follow up on repairs that need to be addressed.
Collect, verify & compile tenant referral, application, financial information & certifications.
Collect income verification annually, collect rent payments & manage aged receivables, create & manage payment agreements with tenants.
Meet with various inspectors for inspections @ MVHO properties & verify completion of work orders.
Serve as an agency representative in court for evictions, hearings & trails.
Competent user of camera systems on properties

Perform monthly checks of fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors & egress & exit emergency lighting to ensure they are in compliance/ proper working
