I have been self employed cleaning houses since 2015. I became a volunteer EMT in April of 2017 then eventually moved on to the surgical technology program at Western Iowa Tech. I plan to graduate this program in May 2022. The surgical technology program has taught me many skills including communication, how to demonstrate leadership as well as participating in team functions, and to be detail oriented. I can easily adapt to different situations and I thrive when it comes to creativity. Timeliness and organization are a few things I have learned from maintaining a house cleaning business. Nature and the outdoors are two of my biggest passions and I would love to be able to not only learn, but to teach everything I can.
I became a nationally registered EMT in April of 2017. I then started the surgical technology program, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA and achieved a scholarship.
