Amber Lopez

Dedicated Associate Preschool Teacher with a strong background in child development and classroom management, honed at Grand Blanc Community Schools in the Great Start Readiness Program. Starting as support staff, I moved up to my position as Associate Preschool Teacher with the goal of becoming a Lead after receiving my Certification. My focus in the classroom has been play-based learning and fostering social emotional development. Through my time at Central Michigan University, I gained foundational knowledge in child development and early childhood education that I can apply with skills learned from my classroom mentors in creating engaging, age-appropriate activities.
