  • During all of this we are stopping and taking a few minutes to chart in Sorian on the computers
  • Around 5 supper trays come out and we assist in feeding again
  • At the end of the shift we empty all Foley Catheters, drains, trash and refill waters that need to be filled
  • Now as a unit clerk I answer phones, call lights, put in orders, make appointments, re stock my station and help keep things running as smoothly as possible
