Women Giving Back is a non-profit that offers low-income or unhoused women to come into a show room and "shop" for clothing and household items. These women come from all different backgrounds and the organization aims to give these women a sense of normalcy. I volunteer at Women Giving Back every couple of months when I'm home.

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Sorted, organized, and folded/hung clothing for the show room
• Assisted people on the show room floor with what ever they needed
• Mentored new volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• Facilitated community outreach to expand participation and support.

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
• Developed organizational skills through managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Explored new technologies and approaches to streamline processes.
