▪ Ranked top Stower in company within 3 month and half of employment
▪ During normal season stowed over 16k to 15k items with no quality errors
▪ Has consistently stowed and met the minimum of stowing over 2k items a day
▪ Maintained high performance in quality and quantity as a stower, which led to becoming a elected Stow Ambassador
ORF3 Inbound Stow Ambassador January 2024 to current
▪ As a training Ambassador, I was and still am responsible for providing the adequate and adhering to Amazons training and safety guidelines to newly employed stow associates,
▪ Has developed a good report with Area Managers PA’s, and fellow associates in conducting onboarding programs giving an exciting new hire welcoming.
▪ Was sought out and elected from Learning Trainer Center staff to provide training to newly inbound stowers, based upon experience, knowledge and professionalism.
▪ Has trained over 40 newly employed staff, some of which have progressed to other cross-trained jobs in the company to becoming top quality, quantity stowers, for long term employment.
▪ Learned about quality errors i.e. SIPS/OVERAGES, DPMO, TAKT TIME which led to personal and peer training improvement in work areas and processes.
▪ I have self improved in my job related skills that have led to training newly appointed Stow Ambassadors to engage new and veteran associates in self development.
▪ Provided over three tours to new inbound associates of the company and personal workplace site(s).
▪ I have performed over 75 engagement audits to new and veteran staff. This has led to quality errors declining and quality and quantity work positively progressing.
▪ During winter peak season and up to Pre Prime week I have received numerous Positive documents along with SWAG BUCKS
