  • Founder of Business Consulting and Legal Services Firm that provided a one-stop shop for companies in varying stages, from start-ups to established multi-national corporations.   • Management and Business Development: Built a successful Hybrid Law Firm/Business Consulting Firm from the ground up by developing a multi-million dollar book of business, spearheading client and business development, implementing traditional and digital marketing plans, and recruiting, hiring, and managing over a dozen attorneys, consultants, and support staff.

  • Business Law Services: Advised businesses on day-to-day business activities such as employment law, sales and purchase agreements, online activities, etc. Drafted legal documents such as TOS, MSA, SLA, Privacy Agreements, employment agreements and terminations, stock purchase agreements, consulting agreements, etc. Provided legal document & contract review services and discovery & litigation support services.
  • Business Consulting Services: Offered a complete suite of business consulting services including deal flow, feasibility studies, business plans, marketing plans (encompassing market research & analysis), financial modeling (e.g., DCF, DSCR, NPV, IRR and SWOT analysis), and due diligence for potential acquisitions. Structured shari'a compliant investments and business practices including Sukuk Investments tailored to underlying assets and objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance with the Dubai Financial Markets and/or the Capital Markets Authority regulations and market practice. Broad experience structuring diverse shari'a compliant financial products and contracts including Wadiahs (custody agreements), Mudharabahs (profit-sharing), Musharakahs (Joint Ventures/Partnerships), and Murabahas (mortgages).
  • Off-shore Asset Protection Strategies for HNW Individuals and Family Offices: Partnered with law firms in various off-shore jurisdictions such as Cayman Islands, BVI, and Jersey to assist High Net Worth Clients and Family Offices in developing a structure to protect and administer assets while minimizing risk and tax liabilities.
  • Business Immigration Services: successfully represented over 100 business immigration clients including individuals and corporations in obtaining the following visas: EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visas, H1-B visas, L1-A/B visas, and E-1/2 visas, among others. Special focus on the EB-5 visa that included assisting companies in the United States to raise funds by establishing so-called Regional Centers, approved by USCIS, enabling them to raise funds from foreign investors. Represented multiple companies and local governments including multiple cities and states.
