Aminata Sow

Hi! My name is Aminata Sow. I am 20 years old and i identify as a Senegalese American, Meaning i am a first generation to be born in the U.S. I have been working since i was 15 years old. That being my first job at Mcdonald's. Later down the line of my working career, i gained more experience with not only fast food, but also in retail while working at Old Navy. Fast forward to now, i am a Youth Development Professional with experience at Boys & Girls Club Of Central Ohio, skilled in program planning and youth mentoring. Successfully implemented engaging workshops that fostered teamwork and communication, enhancing social skills and confidence among participants. Bilingual with a strong work ethic, dedicated to empowering youth through positive behavioral support strategies.
