
I am a Seasoned Service Manager bringing 18 years of in bicycle shop experience. Proficient in business practices, standards of operation and customer needs. Empowering leader with passion for developing teams with focus on exceptional service delivery and customer retention. I have worked in all aspects of a bike shop from service, sales and inventory management. Over the years I have been fit certified, by Trek, F.I.S.T and Cyfac. Also I have done many clinics from insoles to Bosch Electric motors. I am passionate about educating myself, my co workers, and customers.
