• Provided compassionate support to a dementia patient experiencing behavioral changes by employing calming techniques to de-escalate situations, prepared and served meals, assisted with mobility, supported the client with eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing, and maintained simple records.

Implement aid to counteract bed-bound complications.

• Conducted daily skin inspections for signs of pressure sores, redness, or irritation, and repositioned the patient every two hours to alleviate pressure on vulnerable areas, and prevent bed sores.

Maintaining routine and managing medication.

• Organized clients' medications by utilizing a pill organizer, and maintained a detailed medication schedule, ensuring medications are stored securely, strictly adhered to prescribed dosages and timings, and administered medication to the client while monitoring the patient for any adverse reactions or side effects.

Record Keeping and Documentation.

• Documented and kept accurate records of all medications administered, behavioral changes, health, and promptly reported any changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse, doctor, and client's family.
