- Participated in designing and implementation of our leadership development program for pre-med students, resulting in promotion of employees into increased levels of responsibility, from working our front desk to circulating in our O.R. as a scrub tech. Ultimately ending with them heading off to medical school.
- Oversaw daily scheduling, and ensured coordination of surgery, pre-op/post-op MA and nursing care.
