During my career at Mattel , I have had numerous opportunities that I am grateful for , Each has happily challenged me , which benefits myself and Mattel .

What I have learned about myself is that I am eager to keep growing and continuing to accept new opportunities that may be presented .



* Trained new reps and and actively look for ways to assist other reps

* I have attended and assisted at NYTF 2019 , GHO in El Segundo 2019 and East Aurora 2023 . Each has been an opportunity that I thoroughly enjoyed, all the way from the hard work everyone puts in to the talented people I have gotten to know .

*I have joined the PLAY TO GROW program for AC, District Recruiting and most currently Area Manager .These opportunities have contributed to building on my goal of growing within our division .

* I have trained new hires , and continue to do my best to be as involved in my team in order to help others learn and ask questions at any given time , Communication is very important in this position and just as important to me .I believe this allows me to learn in the process .
