I had a difficult childhood and channeled my energy into writing. I learned to access the local library. At nineteen I didn't even know my mother's name but I knew the names of the librarians all of which were single women. I studied everything I could by and about Emily Dickinson and have lived in Amherst for some time writing and being unemployed.

I love to manage theatrical events and believe that those skills will translate well into coordinating an event focused museum.
