Driven and dedicated Radiologic Technologist with 20+ years of Imaging Leadership experience. I started as a file clerk in 1997 while attending radiography school. Upon graduation I was promoted to staff technologist and went on to cross train in Interventional Radiology. Approximately one year later I began assisting with leadership duties. I was promoted to Chief Technologist and went on to become an Imaging Manager. After 6 years in the manager role, I was promoted to Director. For nearly 3 years I served as the Imaging Director for 2 hospitals, while overseeing the staff at 5 freestanding ER’s and 2 pre-admit testing centers. Additionally the EEG and Echo/Vascular Department staff for 2 hospitals were my direct reports. Approximately 2 years ago, I welcomed the challenge of learning the outpatient side of things and managing an outpatient facility. This was a valuable experience that enhanced my knowledge of all imaging modalities in many aspects, however it proved that my heart and passion will always be in the hospital setting. I welcome the challenges that come with advanced inpatient service lines such as trauma and comprehensive stroke care.
