I was responsible for the whole activity department. I hired my assistants and trained them. I planned two activity calendars monthly, one for memory care and one for long term care. I had to know every residents diet in order for my assistants to do menu order and for us to serve the dining room daily. I attended meetings and did monthly qapi meetings.
