Accomplishments

Managed a portfolio of $10 million plus of federal funds for 8 stakeholders throughout the state of Illinois.

Synchronized with 2 CPD colleagues and manager to prepare and present a successful Western Illinois Rolling Grantee conference. One-hundred + were in attendance.

A Grantee's lack of expenditure of a yearly grant of $500,000+ in federal funding for low and moderate income people for 2+ years caused a possible reduction in their grant funds. I worked strategically to help them resolved the issue. And even in retirement since 2022 management uses the skills I used to help the grantee become compliant and not lose funding.

2018 - Selected as a Disaster Recovery assistant for the most destructive, Hurricane Florence in North Carolina.

2019 -Selected as a HUD reprehensive were I partnered with FEMA, Portland, Oregon and the County to accelerate vaccinations in Jackson County,
