In this position I am responsible for the global ecommerce platform, ERP integration architecture and development, enterprise data management, reporting systems and employee empowerment tool development and support.

• Architected and led cross departmental teams to migrate eCommerce platform from limited in house virtual machines to a cloud based globally distributed, scalable system to securely manage sales growth to and beyond over half a billion dollars.
• Built and implemented an ecommerce security and compliance strategy for developer training, systems management and auditing.
• Developed and executed e-commerce strategy, values, platform and design elements to bring value to customers and seamless integration to internal ERP and CRM systems.
• Sponsored and executed global employee enablement platform for low/no code automations and application development. Created a support and management team located in multiple countries to champion, manage and drive adoption of platform.
