On going support for Clients and Internal Teams (all levels of employees) using Workfront. Support included: resourcing, resourcing pools, project management, project templates, request queues and building reports and dashboards as requested.
Other Operations Processes under my purview, including but not limited to:
Project Resourcing/Staffing- Owner of the resourcing process and tool; Coordinate with the management team on resourcing for projects and planning for future projects.
Tools/System Administration and Support- System Admin for Services Delivery tools; Onboard and train users from most of the systems used in TPG; audit usage and licenses; supporting users with issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions.
Contractor Management and Reporting- Developed and own of the Contractor Process for the company (onshore and offshore); Onboarding of contractors to the business; reviewing monthly invoices and comparing them to the hours and documentation to ensure accurate billing; approving and sending to CFO to be paid; reporting to CFO on monthly contractor costs; Monthly call with CFO to true up all invoices for the month.
Monthly Services KPI Reporting- Responsible for creating revenue, PTO, and customer satisfaction and various employee reports and dashboards that help the leadership team run the business on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Oversight of the daily operations of two programs for people with Developmental Disabilities, responsible for growth and development of both programs from human resources to financial stability.
New Hire Orientation for all company new hires on a rotation with other Directors.
Support 28-30 Direct Support Staff and up to 4 Administrative staff, troubleshooting issues and coming up with resolutions.
Training staff on changes in guidelines, policies and procedures on a daily basis and in staff meetings twice a month.
Training staff on each client’s specific needs, program and company policies and procedures, documentation and billing software.
Participating in community events, vendor fairs and other opportunities to reach out to families in need of services.
