• Manage and process changes on Ease for group plan updates and employee enrollments and terminations.
• Open enrollment coordination and meetings, benefit books, compliance documents, carrier implementation and renewal confirmations. .
Served as primary contact for external clients on dental insurance benefits.
• Worked with key clients to establish relationships and facilitate new business opportunities.
• Managed and resolves escalated issues.
• Worked with Insurance Brokers to renew existing accounts.
• Conducted presentations to benefit committees, executive decision makers, consultants, industry associations, and employees. Performed open enrollment meetings and education presentations to members.

• Started with Access Dental as a Receptionist, promoted to run the “Premier Access Healthy Families” program, Proposal Specialist and finally advanced to Account Manager.
