Provided support and guidance of young first-time Mom’s to help ease them through the emotional, social and physical changes of becoming parents. Empower young Mothers to have healthy pregnancies and to care for their babies with confidence. Help young women to take control of their lives, nurture healthy children and build strong families. Connect families with resources and referrals to services. Care coordination for clients with complex needs. To be a constant advocate for my clients while supporting their needs and desires.

Provided RN visits such as Newborn Visits, Breastfeeding assistance, Depo Provera injections, and medication administration. Ordering and maintaining VFC vaccine supply. Administering vaccines to all ages. Managing and supporting Medical Assistants through their daily work. Maintaining flow of the clinic as well as being the point person for problem solving.

Provide RN care for newborns-19 years old for all Urgent and Emergency conditions. Triage via phone and walk-ins. Triage and treat according to acuity and patient's needs. Support to parents and caregivers.

Provide in-patient nurse care for newborns through age 19. Manage an assignment of pediatric patients and give support and advocate for families as needed.
