I am passionate about caring for patients and eager to contribute to the specialty pharmacy team at NewYork-Presbyterian. My experience as a pharmacy intern at CVS and Duane Reade, and especially volunteering at the EHHOP clinic, this experience has given me hands-on skills in counseling patients, working with prescribers, and ensuring safe medication use. Serving as AMCP Social Media Director has also shown me the value of teamwork, communication, and building connections. Before pharmacy school, I spent eight years as a scientist in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical R&D field, where I learned how to solve complex problems, pay close attention to detail, and collaborate with diverse teams. I believe these experiences have prepared me to work hard, support patients with empathy, and bring both scientific and clinical knowledge to improve their treatment outcomes.
