My name is Žan Petavs, and I come from the small town of Cerknica. I am communicative, responsible, and honest, with a ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills. I enjoy taking on challenges that support my personal and professional growth. During my early professional career and studies, I actively participated in various extracurricular activities, including playing basketball for a local club and organizing events.
Over the years, I have gained extensive work experience through various roles. As a student, I worked in different companies, ranging from large manufacturing businesses, where I worked in production, administration, and warehousing (separate companies), to a work exchange program in Portugal, where I worked as an accountant. These experiences gave me valuable insights into various work processes, allowing me to understand them better. I have a European B1 English certificate and am familiar with economic and financial terminology. I am also skilled in MS Office and have experience using Vasco and SAOP software
For several years, I was an active member of the Notranjska Student Club. As a member, I organized numerous educational and social events. Through event organization, I gained extensive knowledge of legislation and worked with various individuals and organizations, both private and public. I also served as a club councilor, participating in meetings under ŠKIS and ŠOLS.
In my free time, I engage in various sports. Having played basketball for a local club for many years, I am accustomed to teamwork and the collective spirit.
