At my current site, I work at two different positions. Those two positions are the front desk and trucking gate. When I'm at the front desk I wand everyone coming into the building, handle contractors while calling up the correct manager to inform them, and write down badges/parking passes. During the trucking gate, my responsibility is to make sure to write down the trucks coming in and out and weighing tankers.

• Greeted staff, guests, vendors, contractors. upon arrival at the facility entrance.
• Confirmed entry through metal detectors
• Confirmed visitor identification prior to granting entry into the building.

• Provided excellent customer service by answering inquiries about products or services being delivered.
• Communicated well with the customers and kept updates about their order.
• Delivered goods and products to customer on time and in excellent condition.
