Basic Purpose:
Develop and support client EMR interfaces and integration solutions. This includes providing administrative support and managing project projection preparation for interfaces as well as less complex operational and technical integration activities. Must be able to learn technologies and manage business issues/resolutions needs, and work to deliver and support the appropriate solutions in a timely professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integrate and support acquire lab Connectivity operations for new demand and project preparation thereby enabling downstream technical operation integration.
- Support strategic M&A and Vendor client initiatives, such as client?EMR validation and project entry, project preparation activities, and vendor escalation management.
- Support ongoing interface project activities for all acquisition and non-standard lines of business.
- Liaison between sales and implementation of EMR project requirements and involve necessary parties in the resolution of procedural, requirement, or financial issues, as well as assist in creating processes that enhance the overall client experience.
- Assist and provide timely updates to project PMs, Vendor Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Implementation Managers.
- Responsible for executing technical test plans that include eForms, Scripting, and new CRM technologies.
- Assist Quest/AP Finance in support of Capex funds management and Purchase Order/Capex reconciliation activities.
- Provide administrative support for eForm and PeopleSoft tasks:
1. eForm admin Project changes
2. New user setup and modifications
3. Adding new vendors/suppliers
4. UAT
- Assisting in creating training documentation for scripting, non-standard lines of business, specialty projects, M&A, and vendor requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Installation and Connectivity eForm and Tracking requirements. Includes Account View, Care 360 eForm and Asset Tracking, and department metrics reporting.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the report of record checklist and other SOPs.
- Assist with project prep activities and documentation for beta clients.
- Monitor and resolve interface project documentation issues in the Sales, project preparation, and resourcing phase.
- Established subject matter expert and assist in the training of new client connectivity coordinators and provide support to colleagues ensuring continuity of operations.
