Quality programs vision screening coordinator.

High-resolution digital photographs of the patient's retina (the back of the eye where images are formed) are captured and submitted to our eye care provider for review. Our provider will review the images and the results will be faxed to the patient's primary care provider. If the imaging is inconclusive or there are positive findings, one of our vision screening coordinators will call the patient to schedule a comprehensive exam with our eye care provider. The diabetic eye screening is a test only and the images do not replace a comprehensive eye examination.

• Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations
• Exchange money, credit, tickets, or casino chips and make change for customers
• Maintain cage security according to rules
• Reconcile daily summaries of transactions to balance books
• Check identifications to verify age of players
• Count money and audit money drawers

• Customer Service Specialist responsible for ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate customer service for all Major Appliance Specialty Sale customers
• Primarily responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and accurately processing transactions, which includes new orders and returns & exchanges
• Requires customer follow up, which will include working in Order Management System (OMS) queue & alerts, escalation management, scheduling deliveries, and reviewing purchase orders or validating stock levels
• Partnering with product process teams on inventory variance research, license plate accuracy, inspection and at-risk inventory management
• Overall helping customers with product issues & making sure each and everyone is satisfied.
