Kids Camp Counselor
As a Camp Childcare Coach, I was responsible for the care and supervision of up to 30 children, ages 5-12. My duties included ensuring their safety and well-being, serving snacks, and creating and leading a variety of age-appropriate games and activities to keep them engaged. I supervised both structured and free playtime, maintaining a positive and safe environment, and resolving conflicts as needed. Additionally, I maintained open communication with children, parents, and fellow coworkers, provided updates on children's activities, and kept accurate records and incident reports. I ensured the play areas were clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety guidelines, and through this role, I developed strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
