I Developed communication skills by interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures, especially as I had to express myself and meet needs in a different language. I taught English and learned how to serve in a variety of different circumstances. 

Over time, I was assigned to lead a group of 50 missionaries giving them counsel and advice, helping them develop their skills, and helping them learn to create plans to reach their personal and team goals.
