• Identifying root cause of failures and Planning and execution of preventive and normal maintenance activities in the Carbon Black Plant and 10MW Captive Power Plant equipments.
• Calibration of various kinds of Instruments like Transmitters, Pressure switches, RTD, Thermocouple & Gauges.
• Implementing breakdown solutions to put the instruments and panels back in operation within minimum turnaround time.
• Efficiently working with all type of field Instrument like temperature sensors, flow sensors, pressure sensors, control valve and transmitters.
• Knowledge of continual improvement techniques like kaizen.
• Installation of various types of Instruments, Junction Box, Cable Laying using Tray and Conduits, PLC and DCS Marshalling Panels, IO-Modules, Cable Termination for JB & Marshalling Panels and Fabrication for Instrument & JB stanchions.
• Minimizing breakdown incidences by implementing preventive and proactive maintenance.
• Active involvement in maintenance of bag filter reverse jet pulsing systems.
• Updating and maintaining all the documentation records.
• Involved in increasing MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) and decreasing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), thus increasing system’s availability for production and finding the root cause for Breakdowns to avoid all machine losses by Why -Why analysis method.
• Maintenance and calibration activities of automated packing and palletizing machine.
• Actively involved in commissioning and installation of deaerator.
• Hands on experience in DP type level transmitter, Ultrasonic type level transmitter.
• Doing online and prevent maintenance of fully automated gantry Robots with 4 axis.
• Doing SAT and verifying the Criteria for UPH in Fully automated Gantry robots.
