I started as a Medical Screener and was cross-trained as a Donor Floor Technician and Phlebotomist. I screen donors, take vital signs, perform finger sticks and phlebotomy, assist with donor reactions, and safely disconnect donors upon procedure completion. I am primarily scheduled as a Medical Screener but regularly support the donor floor as needed.

Assisted customers throughout their shopping experience, worked on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, maintained an organized and presentable store, supported cash register operations, and delivered excellent customer service.
