- Created and executed the Abandoned Property process and Stale Dated Checks process for Paychex 401(k) in 2012 that is now automated and running on a monthly basis
- Provides research, analysis, communications, and problem solving related to retirement services products and other services provided to our clients
- Partners with all internal business units and represents as a subject matter expert in project initiatives
- Establishes contacts and forms relationships with various agencies, banks, Mutual fund companies, Brokerage operational areas and vendors as necessary to support our products
- Performs quality assurance testing of all major client communication pieces from the creation of test plans to lead the testing team to ensure that all pieces are accurate and ready for release
- Provides enhancement and maintenance of the technology and quality of large impact client processes including writing work requests and testing processes to ensure a quality output
- Represents the business unit by conducting preliminary negotiations with external vendors and internal partners during the negotiation phase to ensure a seamless transaction to product; this includes working with the DOL, IRS and SEC
- Produces and reviews documentation of all processes and procedures in the 401(k) organization, to ensure accuracy
- Created and executed trainings on emotional intelligence, Writing Bootcamp and Process Improvement
- Is a champion of soft skills and EQ.
