
Dedicated Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with 5 years of experience excelling in aesthetic procedural and perioperative settings. Committed to patient safety and comfort before, during and following procedures. Works with physicians in elective cosmetic procedures, including laser and minimally-invasive treatments.
• Provide nursing care to patients on clinical trial protocols.
• Responsible for assuring participant safety - interviews patients and documents adverse events and concomitant medications and follows patient assessments.
• Reports all adverse drug events internally to Quality Assurance/Clinical as soon as theevent is discovered.
• Involved in new and unique treatment and patient care programs.
• Identify the patient's problems, formulate ways to take care of them, and monitor the care being given.
• Coordinate the clinical care for several research participants and confer with other study investigators.
• Collaborates with external clients, pharmaceutical manufacturers and universities to promote future research studies

Training and Mentoring:
• Develop training curriculum and course material and identify professional development opportunities for contact center nurses and medical assistants.
• Apply relevant learning theories to the design, develop, and deliver educational seminar/training classes.
• Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions and track attendance to ensure all staff have attended appropriate training.
• Collaborates with other departments (e.g. ROCC, Quality, clinical leadership) to assess training needs based on call quality and productivity targets and follows up with additional training as necessary and as requested.
• Provide feedback on call quality using available tools.
• Updates the existing training material/manual(s) annually and as required.
• Prepares and supplies all required materials for educational classes.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor the performance of recent students to ensure compliance with newly trained concepts and curriculum.
• Work with the quality auditors to align course curriculum with contact center retraining needs.
• Perform auditing with the quality auditor to ensure procedures follow contact center guidelines and policies.
• In partnership with the quality auditor, review the quality of outgoing correspondence (e.g., triage documentation) to ensure it effectively conveys the appropriate information.
• Align internal processes with external customer feedback.
• Assess and evaluate operational procedures and implement systemic quality improvement efforts.
• Participate in the development of quality standards and expectations.
Reporting and Performance Auditing:
• Investigate complaints/issues and follow through to resolution.
• Reports weekly progress to the contact center managers and supervisors.
• Supplies contact center with recommendations on coaching needs for associates.
• Participate in recruitment.
• Nurse injector trained on Botox, Juvederm, Kybella.
• Patient education regarding surgical procedures and post-op care.
• Suture removal and pre/post-op care.

• Utilize matrix for decisions of clinical and post-market complaint coding with cross-functional teams in the Clinical Trials, Reporting Team, AEGIS, PQA
and Call center in the US and globally, ensuring compliance and execution of deliverables within theapproved budget and timeline.
• Manage the implementation, on-time execution, and conduct of case processing by communicating with vendors on risk management, as complaints are
analyzed in line with PQA to resolve issues with vendors that do not comply with the QTA.
• Training and education of new employees and affiliates.
• Disseminate medical information in accordance with established department guidelines, and regulatory guidance with recognition of legal
ramifications.
• Timely case processing, triage, and investigation launch to yield exemplary patient care in compliance with FDA and HIPPA.
• Management of the Clinical complaints and RAVE EDC for incoming post-market complaints, timely triage, investigation launch, and closure.
• Develop, deploy, and manage the AbbVie Quality System to ensure development of high-quality products in compliance with global regulatory
requirements using SolTRAQs and AEGIS computer systems
