• Operated multiple types of plastic molding presses and machinery

• Performed quality checks, labeling, and packaging of products

• Worked across various manufacturing processes and maintained production standards

• Used computer systems to monitor and document production output

My daily job as Senior Technician ;

• Ensuring the technological operating mode of the equipment through automation and instrumentation, as well as its uninterrupted and synchronized operation

• Inspecting the condition and proper interaction of all equipment components and assemblies

• Monitoring and controlling product quality

• Preventing, identifying, and eliminating causes of deviation from the normal operating mode

• Organizing repair and adjustment work, including equipment testing, maintenance, and both scheduled and unscheduled repairs

• Training new employees

My daily job as an Operator Technician :

- Starting the line when a number of error occur

- Taking a measures in case of critical stops of the line

(broken part, shift of the position of robot, low-quality

manufactured products)

- Loading and control over compliance with the norms of

consumption of raw materials

- Following 5SR3 rules
