- Gathered experience protein sequences from the NCBI database and tested B-cell epitope sequences from the IEDB. Applied sequence alignment to the protein sequences of the related species, according to the phylogenetic tree.
- Operated online protein structure prediction servers (Phyre2, I-TASSER) to predict the molecular structure.
- Developed web scraping models for six linear epitope prediction systems (ABCpred, BCPREDS, BepiPred2.0, LEPS, Bcepred, LBtope)by using Python libraries (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Requests, urllib3); the source codes are publicly available on GitHub.
