service needs.
. Conduct client monitoring visits to reevaluate the clients’ medication services and/or delegated
tasks of nursing to determine if they’re being conducted, documented and administered safely and
correctly by agency caregivers.
.Conducting monitoring of the client’s condition(s) and progress, and discovering the training
needs of caregivers.
.Responsible for Managing all aspects of I/DD 24 hr. group Home which includes but not limited to
scheduling, hiring staff, attending meetings with case managers and families (ISP, SNAP/ONA, DNS),

residents.
