Served as a TA and mentor for Engage 100, Florida State University's 12-week intensive startup accelerator program for top students. Responsibilities included leading weekly sessions to reinforce key entrepreneurship learnings, providing 1:1 mentorship for 5 student teams on ideation, customer discovery, prototype development, and pitch practice. Assessed teams’ progress, identified issues early on, and recommended appropriate support strategies. Participated in mentor meetings to align on student support approaches.
