With one maintenance Tec in a 4 block radius, in upscale environment, Clean grounds, clean dog park, clean grill and picnic area, clean all laundry rooms, check boiler rooms, temperature, circular pumps, check boilers for misfire, leaks, hot water tank, expansion tanks, relief vavles, plumbing, find and fix leaks, change 2 to 4 inch heating pipes, solder pipes, change PVC piping, snake out main drain lines, snake out bathroom tub,sink and kitchen sink,install light fixtures, GFI's Change light switches, and receptacles, repair appliances, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, install dishwashers, scrape,plaster and paint professionally, drywall, and work orders done in timely manor.

Duties, maintain 320 units, 8 buildings in a 3 block radius, 2 porters and 2 maintenance tecs, plumbing,Change hot and cold water lines , bathroom and kitchen, install faucet bathroom and kitchen, change shower diverters, seats and washers, install tubs,. find leaks repair leaks,from heat, cut and solder 4in heating pipes,snake main drain and bathroom toilets, tub ,kit sinks, install hot water tanks, change circular pumps for boiler, maintain boiler rooms check temperature for boilers and hot water heaters, oil all pumps, bleed system and apts, install doors, apts, bedrooom , closets, change locks, repair door jams, install crown molding, floor wall,and ceilings, install cabinets and counter tops, repair and install wood floors, install Windows interior and exterior, install floor tile, bathroom wall tile, drywall and renovation bathrooms,Install light fixtures, switches GFi'S and receptacles, repair stoves, refrigerators and door bells, operate fire panels, install cabonmoxide , smoke alarms, mange work orders in a professional and timely manner.
