• Delivered frameworks including MIC, ROWE, Persona vs. Production, and Break-In Process (BIP)
• Led teams to California Pacific Conference Tournament Championships (2023, 2025), resulting in the first NAIA national tournament appearance in program history
• Women’s program advanced to 2024–2025 Cal Pac semifinals and earned #2 ranking in the 2025–26 preseason coaches’ poll
• Set California Pacific Conference and school records with 8 All-Conference selections, including Defensive Player of the Year, Newcomer of the Year, and Sixth Woman of the Year honors.
• Led the #1 defensive team in the conference and ranked #3 nationally in forced turnovers (24.5 per game)
• Finished #1 in conference total offensive possessions, generating 19 additional shot attempts per game and an average +6.5 point margin of victory.

• Authored and launched an 80-page athletics and leadership proposal, establishing the school’s complete athletic infrastructure, policies, and operating procedures.
• Directed athletics operations, youth programming, coaching supervision, admissions coordination, and student recruitment.
• Led community partnerships, public relations, and marketing strategy to increase visibility and engagement in athletics programming.

• Directed development pathways for hundreds of athletes, including 100+ All-League, 15 All-CIF, 7–10 All-State, and 60 collegiate scholarship recipients
